matrix with UDO

Hi fellows

I create a form using Object Registration Wizard, here is the form

But when I try to generate the form with SAP Business One UDO Form Generator  to use the form on my addon this tool create the form like this

How i can generate a form maintenance with a matrix from UDO object.  thanks for you replies
