Hi,
I am facing an issue with HCM Process & Forms (Work Schedule Change Form). The Form / Workflow works fine if the Supervisor submits the form with / without comments. If the supervisor delegates the task to an employee (NOT a supervisor), then the workflow completes successfully if the delegated employee submits the form without providing comments. But, workflow errors out if the delegated employee adds any comments.
On debugging, we found that the entries are missing in T5ASRSCENARIOS table.
Errors from Workflow log:
Work item xxxxxxxxxx: Object CL_HRASR00_WF_COMPONENTS method DATAMAPPING cannot be executed
An exception with the type CX_HRASR00_PROCESS_MODE LLING occurred, but was neither handled locall
Exception CX_SY_NO_HANDLER triggered by CL_HRASR00_WF_COMPONENTS======CM00C in line 1 with text
Errors from SLG1:
Work item 000000000000 cannot be read
Case 0050568B046A1ED599CBAFC09700F25C does not exist. Virus scan profile /SRM/RCM_CREATE is not active
Error updating the process object
Message:Data mapping as first step of new form scenario,HRASR00_PROCESS002.
I have already checked case management (SCASE) and Models (STEPOBJ_MODEL and SCOBJ_MODEL and POBJ_MODEL). Everything seems to be in place.
Can anyone suggest why the COMMENTS section is creating the issue.
