Need Solution for the below Requirement

Hello Experts,

             I need help on the below requirement. Here are the below details.

The input contains random number of values in the context.I need to output the second value in a context every time.Here is the below screen shot of the same.

From the above screen shot,if you observe the output, I need to ignore the first value and also i have to send the second value in the context 25X23 CM,NATURELL,13213...

Would request you to kindly provide me the UDF regarding the same.
