We have 4 categories of technician:
- Senior technician
- Junior technician
- Technician
- Fresher
In work center we assign all the 4 categories of technician in HRMS.
Requirement:
1. In HR employee master where can we can maintain the categories? Note that there is only one position as TECHNICIAN.
2. In Service order operation wise, i want to assign the technician categories and based on this when I do the scheduling CM25 it should show the list of relevant technicians only.
3. Where do we assign the technician categories in the internal operation tab under qualifications?
