Dear Mentors,
I have ticked the statuses ‘IN PLANNING’ and ‘IN REVIEW’ at Category Group Level and Category level. Also, have maintained sub statuses under them however when I am configuring the status flow at Template level ‘IN PLANNING’ and ‘IN REVIEW’ is greyed out and cant select them. Hence not able to maintain the status flow at template level.
Please help in knowing if I have missed any configuration.
