Integration mechanism between C4C and ERP via PI?

Hi,

As most of information we can found it in the official document of integrations, however, there still missing some integration mechanism.

For example:

1. what if for the same one account which edited in C4C and ERP for the near same time, what's the behavior while it being saved.

     is that whose changes arrived in PI first, who will have the priority to handle (Lock) ?

     or the last one arrived in PI will have the priority to handle the data (overwrite)?

     or others?

2. for the standard integration for master data, saying Cusotmer/Contacts deleted in the ERP, what's the result for C4C side?

3. is there any place explained such as exception handling while integration?
