which way is better for creation of sales order from incoming idoc

Hi All,

I came across 2 different process codes ORDE that calls VA01 tcode and another BAPI that calls the BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEDATAFROM2 to create a sales order from an incoming idoc.

Can somebody please let me know what are the pros and cons of each approach.
