Update not happening with CLVF_VB_INSERT_CLASSIFICATION

Hello ABAPers,

I am trying to update AUSP and KSSK tables of Material ,Simply material classification .

When i am using above mentioned FM i am not getting any error but commit i snot happening .(I used transaction commit also).

Sample data is given for more clarity .
