Create report group, Assign it to Library and Copy existing reports

Hello Team

Could you please help me out with the steps , I do not know how to do all the below steps

1) Create a report group ,by copying exsting report group ( Source group)

2)  Create  a libraray by copying existing library  and assign it to report group created in first step

3)  Copy a existing report from Source group to target report created in first step

4)  Assign the report to the new group
