Hi community folks out there,
The SAP CodeJam offered by SAP is a great institution and is already offered in two types (regular and exclusive edition). Both editions according to the blogHosting an SAP CodeJam Event are intended to explore "technologies available through theSAP Developer Center". That is exactly what I experienced, appreciated and enjoyed at several events. The format is out now several years as are some of the technologies presented in the CodeJams.
So I am wondering if it might not be the right time to enhance the experience by an additional type/edition namely an expert edition. What do I mean with that: while the original CodeJam format focuses on exploring new technologies (and making sure that every participant can follow even when being new to the topic at least that is my expression) it might be a nice new type of community event to bring together the more experienced community members and let them work on some more specific topics in a technology. Enriching this with the best practises and tips&tricks of the SAP experts would imho bring the experience to a new level.
I would like to hear what the community thinks about this? Is there the demand? Are there already some formats that maybe I am not aware of?
