Unicode - Internationalizing

Hi All,

I have a question related to supporting Unicode with PB 11.5 and SQLAnywhere 16 versions.

As PB is default to UTF-16 but SQLA16 only support till UTF-8, which has different encoding mechanism/result set (as shown in attached picture).

Have you experts have faced any challenges around it and can share your thoughts.
