I've a question about CRM links poping up. Our customer has a CRM link to pop up in IE when a call enteres a queue. They would like that when the pop up appears, that it would every time pop up on top of all other browsers, programs etc.
We have tried with this one for now, but doesn't work 100% like the customer would like:
newwindow=window.open(crmlink, "CRM");
newwindow.focus();
It opens the pop-up window on top only on those occasions when the Agent has CDT or an IE browser on top of everything. Our customer would like that the CRM link with IE would pop-up on top even if the CDT is minimized or on the backround. Is it possible to do or is it a hassle?
