How to display name instead of BP ID in search criteria

Hi experts,

After reading the wiki http://scn.sap.com/community/crm/webclient-ui-framework/blog/2015/07/22/display-first-name-and-last-name-of-bp-instead-of-bp-number-in-the-error-messages , I was wondering if the following requirement would be possible.

Working with service request, for search criteria  in search result list, we sometimes have ID of BP instead of name chosen.

For example, for criteria such as EMPLOYEE_REST or REPORTER, if I select one person in the standard pop-up, it then return the BP number and not names.

Would this be possible, in standard, to have the name instead of ID?
