I am new to FSCM area & have to develop a z report with below information. This report would be based on T Code "UDM_SUPERVISOR" . I will appreciate if someone can help me with field & table names along with their joining link.

a) Payer 

b) Payer Name

c) Document

d) Assignment

e) Amount

f) Text

g) Note Reason Text

h) Collector / Specialist

i) Date of Note

j) Sold To
