WBS Element overwritten - WBS element version FREI_VERSION already exists
Hello Experts,
I see that this is not a new issue and I need assistance as the notes I see all discuss deletion. We have a WBS Element that has both actual, plan, and forecast dollars and hours posted to it going back to the start of last year: 1/1/2015. Via CJ02 an active WBS Element, I/HR/A/MG/2, was overwritten with `. All the notes that I am reading seem to talk about deleting the record and creating a new WBS. I am concerned about database inconsistency given that actual and budget values are posted to the WBS that was overwritten. Our SAP data is transferred to BW where it still shows values for the overwritten WBS Element. Are notes 160884, 529634, and 616732 still applicable in this case? Please advise.

Is there any IDOC or event gets triggered when /SAPTRX/EH_HDR / /SAPTRX/EH_STAT table gets updated in ECC?
We need to send event details for some events to a third party application, when ever there is a change in sales order which changes and event data in above mentioned table.

The key specified in an Update or Retrieve no longer matches an existing row.
I am working on a PFC app converted from PB 5 to PB 12.6. It has the latest 12.6 build and PFC. Database is Oracle.
The people who wrote the app 20 years ago apparently didn't know what they are doing. All the updates occur in datastores and there are bunches of ShareData calls and tons of filtering that isn't obvious as to why.
The pfc_save event is totally overridden and has a bunch of Update calls to the datastores. The first one is getting the error in this post title (sqldbcode -3).
Using dbtrace and SQL Spy I find that the first datastore being updated is generating two identical delete statements. The first one works and the second one throws an error. That part makes sense but why there are two doesn't. I checked the delete buffer and there is only one row. Of course the PB 5 exe works perfectly fine.
I'm wondering if there is a known issue or design change that would cause duplicate delete statements when sharedata is active?
The update properties is 'key field' so it is something like this:
DELETE FROM LEDGER WHERE TRANS_CODE = 85347653;

Issue during EH creation from Ruleset
Hi,
We are creating event handler manually through ruleset in one scenario by copying most of the parameters from an existing one.
Event Handler is getting created successfully but all the event message is also getting triggered of the original one for the new EH ..
May I know, how to stop processing of event messages for the new one and why it is getting triggered.

1st additional Group currency
Hi All, I am configuring Ledger settings in HANA server.
Created company code currency as INR.
In company code settings for the Ledger screen, upon selecting currency type as "group currency" for 1st additional currency, system showing currency as USD
I want group currency as INR. where can I modify this.

Java version [8] is not compatible with runtime
Hello,
I'm Starting on the platform, and in example of HelloWorld , when I try to run my Servlet as Java Web Server , it works!
But when I try to run as SAP HANA Cloud Platform, the following error appears:
Problem during deploymentJava version [8] is not compatible with the currently specified runtime; use runtime neo-java-web 2.x or 3.x
However, not find a "java web sdk" in version 2.x or 3.x , only in version 1.102.26 or below.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem ?

Sybase WSB setup on ASE 16.0
downloaded the free copy of ASE 16 available at SAP site and I was testing warm standby setup on Linux with replication server 15.7.
- Installed sybase server sby01 using ASE 16.0 and create database db01
- Installed second sybase server syb02 using ASE 16.0 and create database db01
- At this point no other ASE 16.0 options is enabled i.e HADR mode is -1 and not enabled.
- Installed reserver rs01
- Added db01 database on syb01 as active in rs01 repserver : Successful
Now while adding db01 on syb02 as 'standby' it give error message
"WARNING: 'Create failed because Log transfer for database syb02.db01 is off'"
While i tried the setup on ASE 15.7 and I have no problem creating WSB setup. Seems HADR is somehow preventing database to be added as standby though it is not even enabled. Any clues where to look at, I checked there are no connections for syb02 and do not see any reference in rssd tables for syb02.
This is just test and want to know why I cannot setup WSB using ASE 16.0 free developer edition where as it works for free ASE 15.7 developer edition.

Add OBN Button on the Sales Order UI
Hi Experts,
I had a requirement of adding a custom button on Sales Order UI which enabled with OBN navigation to another custom screen. For this requirement I had tried of creating an extension field at the root of Sales Order which will be populated with a value in the before save event.
This value is alternative key element data of the other custom business object on which I had set of UI's out of which I am trying to assign QA to get navigated to from Sales Order UI using the custom button.
On the Sales Order UI using extensible explorer I had created the OBN button on one of the available section groups and the data is being populated to the extension field in before save.
I am able to see the extensible data on the UI of Sales Order and button on the section group but the button is not enabled it is in greyed out mode and I cannot perform any action using this button.
Following are the configurations on the Sales Order UI I did for the extension to have the OBN Button
Please suggest why the button is not enabled and how to enable it on the UI to get navigated to the custom Screen.

Source System Export Error - SDM call of sduinfo ends with returncode 12

Performing source system export and got SDM connection error. reset the SDM password and updated the Admin password in secure store. But I am still getting error. Please help as soon as possible.

Display network hdr field on Project Profile
Hi Experts,
I saw this question asked on one other thread but the response does not go far enough.
What impact does this setting have on the operation of SAP? If it is set, where do I see the (what transaction and where on the screen) the network header being displayed while entering dates for a WBS element in time scheduling.
